Cody & Kate became Mr. & Mrs. Bruggar down a long windy remote road at a place called Whispering Woods in Alden, Illinois. The day was amazing and even when we all thought the rain would set us inside the romantic yet low lit, divided two room suite where Kate had prepared herself for the day she still remained calm.
I don't know either of them that well however on this day it was easy to tell they were the perfect match. It seemed to me that they invited the people who they held most dear and had them join in their day as much as possible. I've seen many weddings where the couples will set aside coloring books for the children, however these two had an entire table filled with toys and they even made sure to celebrate the Birthday's of two of the younger attendants with cake and song. It was amazing, and I am so glad to have been able to capture this special day. Much Congratulations to you both!
P.S. My favorite image of the day is this one below, I am head over heals in love with a good silhouette and this one was taken in front of their light up background (which I'm also a huge fan of) as glasses clanked in the background for them to kiss.
